Recent Adventures

Learning to breathe took me away from the desk, the office tower, onerous meetings and the intensity of corporate work life. Instead I became free to explore the world as a freediving instructor, cycling guide, mermaid trainer, commercial boat captain, breathwork coach, telemark ski instructor and award-winning adventure tourism operator. Below are just a few of my recent adventures, all inspired by the beauty of the breath.
