Why should I choose THIS BREATHWORK COACHING?
Your development will differ here because you will be applying breathing techniques in real time to understand how you can influence your mental, physical and emotional state of being for improved performance, using your breath.
At times you may be in stillness, other times in movement.
There are plenty of alternative wellness modalities that you can choose to participate in, including yoga, pilates, meditation classes and other variations.
However the main difference you will notice during a breathwork coaching session here is, is that you’re doing something at the same time. It’s not an escape. It’s training, it’s application, at times it is even concentrated effortless effort.
In order to grow and develop with meaning, the breathwork techniques you will use, they are a tool not just to use to solve a business or professional blocker, they are a tool you can apply in all parts of your personal, professional, sporting and relationship life.
When you visit a Doctor to heal an ailment, you don’t expect to become a graduate of medicine. When you visit a Physiotherapist to resolve a muscular issue, you don’t expect to walk away with a certificate in physiology.
This breathwork coaching will not make you an expert in breathwork science, education or the respiratory system, because that is not its intention, however, it will contribute to your continued progress and growth as you apply the methods, techniques and exercises in your daily life.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A SESSION?
Sessions are tailored specifically to the goals, objectives and needs of the individual or group. Sessions are not like typical classes, they are customised to the intended outcomes of the experience.
Office based sessions may involve laying down or sitting comfortably while guided in specific breathing patterns. Where possible, the corporate sessions will be held outdoors, in simple movement – walking through a park, near a river, or city streets. A segment of the training may take place in a boardroom, meeting room or at desks.
Water based sessions may involve swimming in a pool, immersing in the sea or a river, soaking in the hot springs, or taking a cold plunge.
Outdoor sessions can be held in nature – forests, alpine snow, mountains, or coastal locations.
Online sessions will be held through online video conference call and a steady internet connection is advisable.
During the sessions you might experience personal physical sensations like tingling, temperature shifts, or muscle cramps (tetany), which are considered normal energy releases.
Are there any prerequisites to attend?
Prerequisites
In order to attend coaching, the following prerequisites apply:
Be at least 18 years of age.
For aquatic sessions, you must be able to swim
All participants must complete the electronic forms prior to joining a session – Medical statement, Practices Statement of Understanding, and Risk / Liability Acceptance.

What gear and PREPARATION is needed for the SESSIONS?
Office Based
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before, and bring an open mind. At times a yoga mat, towel or personal cushion/bolster may be appropriate
Aquatic Training
Pool: Swimwear and 3-5mm wetsuit (optional), towel, mask, snorkel
Outdoor Training
Wear comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate for the season, avoid heavy meals 1–2 hours before, and bring an open mind.
