The bookings and payments process is designed to flow in a simple and straight forward way so you know exactly what’s happening and the next steps.
BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENT TERMS
The payment and cancellation terms are aligned with standard industry practices.
- BOOKING PROCESS
- Submit an Application Form for your chosen service, or
- Email your initial enquiry to begin a brief discussion, or
- Book an online alignment call for clarification and tailor specific needs
- A written quotation is then provided with clear inclusions / exclusions
- Upon acceptance, an invoice for payment will be issued
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- Invoice issued, payable via credit card, direct EFT bank transfer or PayPal
- 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Required immediately to secure calendar dates, book luxury regional venues and initiate pre-experience diagnostics
- 50% Balance Payment: Due strictly 14 days prior to the commencement of the live experience
