In most situations, usage rights are provided, not full ownership. This means that you can use the images for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes. The photographer retains copyright. It is best to check and clarify up front whether your intended use (especially for ads) is available to be supported by the agreement.

Edited images are provided as the standard deliverable, to preserve the intended style. Under certain circumstances the RAW files may be supplied under certain commercial conditions for an additional fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

These policies are in place to ensure you, our client, receive the highest level of service and quality instruction. As project capacity is limited, all cancellation / rescheduling deadlines will be strictly adhered to. All cancellations must be received via letter or email.

Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Cancelling a session close to commencement date affects everybody. Cancelling or changing a session should be considered a last resort.

Payments

All clients are requested to confirm booking payments in full in advance of the event date. Full payment for photo shoots ensures the schedule proceeds as planned. Sessions may be postponed or cancelled if payment has not completed in full before the scheduled event and any refunds will be considered under the Cancellations Policy.

· All private / personal photoshoot fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only available if a cancellation is actioned by The Provider due to unplanned or unforeseen circumstances. These sessions are highly time intensive for our team and provide for very limited places. Once you have made a payment and it has been received you cannot ask for your money back under any circumstances. It is for this reason you are highly recommended to purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover you in case of an unforeseen need to cancel.

– All commercial agreements specify the terms under which refunds are provided. Cancellations provided more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund, less a $200 administration fee. Cancellations up to 7 days before the scheduled session receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the session forfeit 100% of the fees, refunds are not available.

Cancellations

A company or individual may cancel a booking or by submitting a WRITTEN NOTICE via e-mail or letter.

Request for Amendments

· If you would like to request a change of date or suspend your booking, you may request to do so within 1 month but more than 7 days before the scheduled starting date of the booking. You may suspend your booking for up to 12 months, after which it is forfeited. A $200 re-booking fee will apply.

· If you would like to request a change of date within 7 days before the scheduled starting date of the booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply to any company or individual. A cancellation fee will be based on the full cost of the booking at time of purchase

No Shows

If a company or individual does not attend a booking and does not provide notice, the company or individual will incur a 100% “no-show” fee.

Late Arrivals
In the event of late attendance, bookings will begin at the scheduled time. Under no circumstances does an experience wait for a late Participant. Late Participants may not be allowed onto the booking or may miss it entirely.

All refunds and cancellation fees will be administered at the sole discretion of The Provider management.
