Unto these footsteps I give myself away.

Immersing in some of the local curiosities during a nice ride up the Col du Soulor and Col d'Aubisque in France this year.

I love the cold water.

Breathwork takes out the guesswork -

Gloves off, ankle deep.

Sometimes immersing into the unknown is the most scary thing you can do.

As the fallen leaves and pebbles crumbled softly under the gentle tip toe meander through the forest, she sensed freedom for the first time.
